HB 410 Requirements 

The Decision Framework is a computer application tool easily accessed through an individual’s SAFE account.

Data analysis is one step in the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) 5 step process. The Decision Framework provides a structure for district and building teams to analyze report card data and other influential data. Districts and buildings use the data to identify and implement a limited number ( one or two) of high yield strategies which will produce a significant increase in the performance of all students.

Ohio Compliance Support Schools Tool is a computer application tool easily accessed through the appropriate district’s personnel SAFE account. This tool is for all districts in Moderate D-F or Intensive support under the current ESEA with buildings in Priority or Focus Status. Buildings complete a Self Assessment Survey 3 times a year and upload appropriate documentation as evidence.
