This four part series examines both Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and differentiated instruction. The UDL framework highlights the need for multiple approaches to meet the diverse needs of learners.  Participants will develop an understanding of UDL, differentiated instruction, and how to apply the principles in an early childhood setting.

Session 2: UDL: A Deeper Dive into Multiple Means of Representation and Expression, December 4, 2016

Participants will develop a deeper understanding of two key principles of UDL: Multiple Means of Representation and Expression.  Participants will learn how to create a learning environment that supports and engages a diverse group of children by providing options in the way information is presented and how children show what they know.
