The Ohio Improvement Process (OIP) Network: “A process that fosters the exchange of information and ideas among individuals or groups that share common interests.”

The 5-part Network is dedicated to supporting internal and external facilitators who support Building Leadership Teams (BLTs), Community School Leadership Teams (CSLTs) or Teacher-Based Teams (TBTs) in implementing the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP). Participants will have the opportunities to collaborate, network, and learn from colleagues.

Topic: Using the Ohio Implementation Criteria & Rubric to promote system-wide growth in the TBT and BLT process. The Network will exam regional BLT and TBT implementation data. Additionally, the Network will review and discuss expectations for buildings and districts required to utilize the Ohio Improvement Process.
