About Us

State Support Team Region 11 (SST11) partners with school districts across Central Ohio to improve student achievement. Funded by the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce (ODEW) and administered by the ESC of Central Ohio, we build educator capacity through coaching, technical assistance, and professional learning.

Our Focus

We provide targeted support to schools and districts to implement evidence-based practices for students ages 3–21. Our work centers on:

  • School and District Improvement

  • Special Education

  • Academic and Behavioral Outcomes for Students with Disabilities

  • Literacy, Mathematics, and Instruction Support

  • Postsecondary Transition and Workforce Readiness
