Continuous Improvement
The SST provides continuous improvement supports including One Needs Assessment, One Plan, and implementation of the Ohio Improvement Process (OIP). These are provided to support districts in reaching their long-term and short-term goals. The OIP is a structured process, used by collaborative teams (TBT, BLT, TBT), to monitor the effectiveness improvement efforts and make adjustments when necessary.
