Kindergarden Readiness Assessment

Ohio’s Kindergarten Readiness Assessment is given at the beginning of the school year to help teachers understand how prepared children are for kindergarten instruction. Based on Ohio’s Early Learning and Development Standards, the assessment measures readiness across four areas: social foundations, mathematics, language and literacy, and physical well-being and motor development.
