Ohio’s Early Childhood Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) uses a multi-tiered framework to support the social-emotional development of young learners from pre-kindergarten through grade three. The framework helps create safe, structured learning environments with clear expectations, consistent routines, and developmentally appropriate practices.
