Step Up To Quality (SUTQ) is Ohio’s three-tier quality rating and improvement system for early care and education programs. SUTQ recognizes and promotes programs that meet and exceed established quality standards. These standards are grounded in national research and identify key practices proven to support positive outcomes for young children.
