All states applying for funds under Part B of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) must make their application packets for the federal funding available for public review and comment. IDEA Part B funds support districts in providing special education services to Ohio children ages 3 to 21.
The Ohio Department of Education’s Office for Exceptional Children developed a draft application packet that will be available for comment March 30 through April 29.
