A series of meetings designed to support educators in preK-12 leadership roles, such as administrators, literacy coaches, and teacher leaders in the planning and implementation of school literacy improvement systems. Sessions will address the foundations of evidence-based literacy, the Reading Tiered Fidelity Inventory (RTFI) for elementary and secondary levels and other tools for improvement, and gaps and successes within a multi-tiered system of support (MTSS). It is encouraged (but not mandatory) that literacy leaders attend all three sessions.
